ORDER

• When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after you make a payment. 

• How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, we will send a delivery confirmation to your email including the tracking number from the shipping provider, which you can use to track the package.

• Can I cancel my order?

If you accidentally order a wrong items or make a mistake during the order. You can contact us immediately / within 2 hours to cancel the order. We will not be able to process the request if your order has been processed and fulfilled for shipping.

• I have received incomplete / damaged products. What should I do?

To ensure customers receive a high quality products, we've made sure that all items are thoroughly checked before we ship it out. In the unforeseen circumstance that there is an incomplete / damaged products, please contact us and provide the images of the products within 3 days of receiving the products. Once the check is completed, we will arrange to deliver a replacement or full refund of the product's value if the item is out of stock.
