REFUND POLICY

We are unable to proceed refund for all finalize sale. You can return eligible items for size or color exchange within 14 days of receiving an order. Note that Sale item is exempted as it is considered as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

DISCREPANCY / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Customer should be responsible to examine the items upon receiving. Should there be a discrepancy or defective products, please notify us via the Contact Us Page or email us at info@earlivory.com. We will response within 2-3 working days and if applicable, we will proceed to refund the full value of the items / exchange the item.

 
RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) calendar days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that the Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping method as we cannot refund/exchange item(s) that are lost in transit. 

If items received are not in the original condition as you received it, except for a defective product, a deduction can be carried out in your refund similar to the decrease of the items value.
